Hi guys. Thanks to Rams, I have heard that there are a few bugs in the "NEW SINFONIA". Sorry everyone, not everyone can be perfect. After falling through the hole in the movers myself, Embarassed , I guess it was time to change it. It must have happened when I expanded the level. For general info... a 3d world is made of triangles, and when a map is made the triangles are set up to make sure that a player does not fall through. Of coarse, when a level or texture or a terrain is stretched, the "triangles" become larger. The movers in Sinfonia, were OK untill a little gravity was aplied either with a shot from a player or a hard jump from the top. Ramses poited this out to me the other day and I thought it might be just a freak, but then it happened again, and I knew that it had to be fixed.

As I opened up the Sinfonia, I noticed a few other bugs that I missed, (and there were a few that told me about it, but I forgot. another red face.... Embarassed ) (OK I am human???)

So now the Floating boxes are fixed, and the mover in the main room, and the mover going to the ASMD is also fixed.

BUUUUTTTTTTT!!!!!!! you do not get the level update yet. I have a nice surprise for the TCP Players. Razz Razz Razz

lol, i must forget to fix the floating boxes when i resized your map ^^
and take a look at the other elevators too, which were also resized.

NP Kobra, I knew that it was there, I think either Rams or Car told me they were floating, but just never got to fix it. I tell ya though, I was a little shocked when I fell through. It happens in Toy soldiers on the chairs. I tried to put blocking volumns around them and even change their collision. Nothing worked, but it should work now. I hope.

I would like to do one more update to this thing, and put in the "Hall Of Fame", voice messages. As you walk up to a picture, I would anounce the name of the person that the picture represents. And of coarse, the rest of the TCP crew. My thanks to you guys for helping me out. And of coarse, when this is done, I could copy it into another level.

I like your Sinfonia.Very good map with Unreal 1 style. Yeah! This is nice. I was feeling like I was in Vortex Rikers Smile. All in all: Good job mate Wink.

OK once again we (or rather YOU) found some mistakes and I just changed two of them. Car pointed out that you can not jump up, with a single jump in the upper computer room. I raised the floor and now it should be high enough.

Kobra metioned that the elevator going to the ASMD was not in the middle. Fixed, Thanks guys. Smile

I found a couple with the bots. Changed!

So now I need to know if there was anything else. Someone mentioned that the teleporter was not a good idea. Anyone elsethink this? If so TELEPORTER and Hall Of Fame are bye-bye.

Any sugestions in the next couple of days will be added and then up for the last time in the server. Smile (That is if Mr. Carnage is still ok with it) Very Happy

you could for example put the 'hall of fame' behind the wall where the rifle is instaed of adding a teleporter.
its not a bad idea though, but it just changes the gamestyle of sinfonia.

Yeah you are right and I was going to do something like that, but I needed a link to the top room, hidden room, and I thought it might not be a bad idea. But if you really think so.... then I need a vote. Anyone else think it might be better to either put it up behind the rifle? Or to get rid of it?
